Our Mission & Legacy

The Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN) was founded with a clear mandate to strengthen the capacity of Nigeria’s public service through world-class training, research, and leadership development. As alumni of PSIN, you are key ambassadors of this mandate, a community of professionals united by a commitment to excellence, ethical governance, and national transformation.

The PSIN Alumni Association exists to extend this mission beyond the classroom. We support a lifelong network of civil and public servants, policymakers, administrators, and leaders who continue to apply PSIN’s values in service to Nigeria and the global community

The PSIN Alumni Association works closely with Institute leadership to uphold PSIN’s founding

vision of becoming a world-class Centre of Excellence and Think Tank. Alumni leaders contribute by:
