As part of on-going efforts to reform the Civil Service, Federal Capital Territory Administration has engaged the Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN) to conduct promotion examinations exercise for all eligible Deputy Directors aspiring for the position of Directors.

The Administrator/CEO Public Service Institute of Nigeria Dr. Abdul-Ganiyu Obatoyinbo, represented by Director Studies and Learning Mrs Omobola Thomas, while briefing the Permanent Secretary FCTA Mr. Adesola Olusade and the PSIN Panelist prior the commencement of the oral Interview session, noted that the Institute prides itself of quality, experienced, seasoned and credible Panelist. She assured the Permanent Secretary of a transparent process and level playing ground for all candidates.

Responding, the Honourable Minister Federal Capital Territory, represented by the Permanent Secretary FCTA Mr. Adesola Olusade, stated that the choice of PSIN to conduct the examination and promotion exercise for eligible candidates was attributed to track records of successes, integrity and high level of discipline and competencies exhibited by the institutes. He therefore urge them to put in their best to ensure a credible promotion exercise void of questionable acts.
