Our History

The Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN) was established as a cornerstone of the Federal Government’s commitment to strengthening the capacity, professionalism, and ethical foundations of the Nigerian public service. Conceived as a premier centre for executive education, research, and leadership development, the Institute arose from the national recognition that an efficient and modern public service is essential to the country’s progress.
