Training on e-library management systems was conducted to enhance effective service delivery, in- line with the 2017-2020 Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan on capacity building and personnel development of Public Servants. 

The training workshop was designed to acquaint staff with the requisite skills convert the existing traditional library management systems, (print library practices) to a digital library system, (an online database of digital objects in form of text, still images; audio, video of other digital media formats) thereby transforming the physical library system into a full blown hybrid library, whereby the duo runs on equal footing. The workshop which began on the 24^th June ended on the 28^th June 2019.
