The Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN), in achieving its mandate of “modernizing Public Sector Governances” with the aim of building Public Servants that is Productive, Incorruptible and Citizen-Centered (EPIC), in line with the Federal Civil Service Strategy Implementation Plan (FCSSIP), has conducted Computer Based Test for over 800 Public Servants across MDA’s in the just concluded selection of Planning Officers in the Federal Civil Service.

The selection process, organized by the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, was conducted both on-sight and online real-time, using PSIN Computer Based Test (CBT) Center and PSIN Virtual Class with e-test Proctored Platform in carrying out the exercise

The selection, aimed at among other goals, to build seasoned Planning Officers that provides world class service for sustainable National Development, with a view to equip them with the basic skills and knowledge needed to discharge their duties in a more professional, knowledgeable, competitive and effective manner that will support the Economic recovery and growth Plan of the Federal Government in the area of Civil Service Transformation.
