South Korean Ambassador Inspects The E-Government Project In Psin
The Ambassador of South Korea, Mr. Lee In – Tae today inspected the progress of work at the E – Government Training Centre (ETC) project in the Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN).
The ETC project which is to support the capacity building of their E-government in Nigeria is sponsored by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Communication Technology (FMCT) and the Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN).
The Ambassador While inspecting the project site with his team, project engineers and PSIN Management, commended the pace of work being done, but however, urged the management of the Institute to strive to refurbish the ground floor in order to secure and give the project, which is located on the first floor of the Institute’s Library building a prestigious, smart, ultra modern look.
The Administrator/CEO of Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN), Dr, Abdul- Ganiyu Obatoyinbo, represented by the Director (Human Resources Management), Mr. El – Baff Mahdi, in his welcome address expressed satisfaction that the work is gradually progressing, but also appealed to the project sponsors to fast-track the pace to enable the centre serve as venue for the next E-Government Training.
He thanked the Korean Government, Federal Ministry of Communication, the Country Director (KOICA), Sook Hyun Park, the contractor and other stakeholders for their immense contributions towards the full completion of the project.
